I have some photos of ”
Gary 2 and
Grålla” - later Gary Bruce Wayne (often GBDubs) and Gretl Gooseberry.
There are some of them together, but also a few of him as a memorial after he got sick a couple weeks back.
Gary was really shy, but a gentle sweetheart. He’d look out for his buddy Gretl and wait for her to eat first, and would often be near her and cuddling up on the bed, or exchanging face washes. He had a favourite perch on the windowsill where his super curly tail could dangle over the side, and loved lying out on the balcony (but only when it was warm, otherwise he’d much rather stay inside on wool blankets or the duvet!) He started lining up for shoulder pats in the mornings, and loved a good chin scratch. I’m going to miss him so much.
The little Gooseberry seems to be adapting well to her new life as an only child, but eventually she may want some more company.
It was too hard to choose so pick whichever you think are the best!
